• hburgcook: Just read Gant: Court finally finds a limit to police authority to search incident to arrest, did so by actually reading their prior cases.

• robmckinney: Read the opinion in Az v Gant. It's great stuff for search and seizure law. My faith has been restored in the SCOTUS for now.
